Corporate Events

Corporate doesn't have to mean boring.

Awards nights, Christmas parties, staff celebrations, company milestones, launches and business events all have one thing in common: once the formal part is finished, people want to enjoy themselves. Feel the Presha Entertainment provides professional corporate event DJ entertainment across Ipswich, Suffolk and beyond, bringing together quality sound and lighting with 30 years of DJ experience — while keeping everything organised, reliable and straightforward behind the scenes.

Professional when it needs to be. A party when it's supposed to be.

Corporate events often have more than one job to do.

Guests may arrive to background music and drinks. There might be presentations, speeches, awards or announcements. Then later in the evening, the lights change, the music comes up and suddenly the people who spent the afternoon discussing quarterly targets are considerably less interested in quarterly targets.

Feel the Presha can adapt throughout the event.

Music can provide atmosphere while guests arrive, the wireless microphone is available for announcements or speeches, and when the formalities are over, the focus can shift towards the dancefloor.

One event.
Several different moods.
Handled without making any of them feel like an afterthought.

Planned properly before the first guest arrives.

The best events usually look effortless on the night because the work has already been done beforehand.

For corporate bookings, I’m happy to arrange a proper consultation by phone or, where appropriate, meet you at your workplace to discuss the event in person.

For larger or more involved events, I can also arrange a pre-event visit to the venue. That gives us an opportunity to look at the room, discuss the DJ position, access, setup, timings, sound and lighting requirements and anything else that needs to be considered before the day itself.

I’ll also liaise with the venue where necessary so we’re all working from the same plan.

Not every event will need that level of preparation, and I won’t turn a straightforward staff party into a military operation.

But when an event does require more planning, I’d much rather deal with the details beforehand than discover them while your guests are walking through the door.

Built around your event.

A company Christmas party needs a different approach from an awards evening.

A product launch isn’t the same as a staff celebration.

Beforehand, we’ll discuss the venue, timings, running order, guest profile and the role you want the DJ to play.

If there are presentations or speeches, I’ll work around them.

If you want relaxed music during one part of the evening and a full party later, we’ll plan for that.

And if you have particular music requirements, company requests or anything that needs avoiding, we’ll cover that too.

The aim is to make the entertainment one less thing for the organiser to worry about.

And if your event doesn’t fit neatly into one of those categories, tell me what you’re planning.

A setup that looks the part.

At a corporate event, presentation matters.

Feel the Presha uses a clean professional DJ setup with quality sound and dedicated lighting, rather than something that looks as though it was assembled in the corner five minutes before the guests arrived.

Depending on the package and venue, room uplighting can be used to add atmosphere around the space, while Full Presha adds deeper sound and vertical smoke effects for events where you want a bigger party finish.

Not every corporate event needs the full production.

That’s why I’ll recommend what suits the room and the occasion rather than automatically pointing you towards the biggest package.

You've organised the party. You should get to enjoy it too.

There’s a fair chance that if you’re reading this page, you’re the person who’s been given the job of organising the event.

Which probably means you’ve already dealt with the venue, guest list, food, timings, presentations, emails, last-minute changes and the colleague who still hasn’t confirmed whether they’re coming.

Once the event starts, you deserve to enjoy it as much as everybody else.

I’ll take care of as much of the entertainment side as I can: preparation beforehand, communication with the venue, setup, music, announcements where required and adapting as the evening develops.

The idea is that once everything is agreed, you shouldn’t need to spend your night checking what I’m doing.

Go and have a drink.
Get on the dancefloor.
Enjoy the party you spent all that time organising.
I’ll take care of my side of things.

Unfortunately, you’ll still have to go back to work on Monday.

I can’t do everything.

Get in touch

Let's talk about your event.

Tell me the date, venue or location, approximate guest numbers and what you’re planning.

If you already have a running order, send that too. If you’re still putting everything together, that’s absolutely fine.

We can start with a phone conversation, arrange to meet at your workplace where appropriate, or discuss whether a venue visit would be useful for the event you’re planning.

I’ll confirm availability, understand what you need and recommend the Feel the Presha package that best suits the occasion.
